자재(필름)에 형상을 만들어내는 성형금형과 필름에서 원하는 형태로 절단하는 사상금형으로 구성됩니다.(제품에 타공이 필요할시 별도의 타공금형 필요)
사상금형의 경우 소량수동생산을 사상금형(수리가 자주 필요)과 대량자동생산을 위한 사상금형이 있습니다.

소량수동생산용 사상금형의 경우 5영업일 내외
대량자동생산용 사상금형의 경우 2개월(40영업일) 내외

주문 후 제작 기간은 얼마나 걸리나요?

금형제작이 완료된 기준으로 주문량에 따라 달라지지만, 발주후 자재 입고가 10영업일 내외로 이루어지게되고 그 후 생산이 진행되게 됩니다.
